Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Mola Embroidery. The below are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

1. Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom orders might take extra time due to the elaboration process.

Processing time does not include shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and/or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We don't cover the costs of duties and taxes on our end. This is the responsibility of the customer in their region.

3. Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at embroiderwithmola@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
